Stan's Accomplishments:
Stan's involvement in horseshoe pitching was some 50 years. His record is unparalleled in B.C.:

Provincial Champion sixteen times between 1947 and 1965.
Canadian Senior Champion 1977.
Canadian Intermediate 2nd. 1975.
B.C. International Senior Champion 1977.
B.C. International B class 1972.

Winner of many local, provincial and International tournaments.

Stan was Vice-President of our Provincial Association from 1972-76 and President from 1978-1984.
Stan has directed many events and generally would fill in wherever needed.

Stan was also the first person in Canada to bowl a perfect game in 10 pin bowling and was very proud of the ring her wore.
Stan was also inducted into the Hall Of Fame for bowling.
