Participant liability release: In consideration of participating in such activity, I hereby waive, release, and forever discharge the Western Classic organization and host organization (Horseshoe Saskatchewan Inc.) and host community (Manitou Beach) all officers, employees, agents and servants of the afore stated organization, and the fellow participants of this event and the hosting Horseshoe Club for any and all actions, damage, loss, or injury which I may suffer as a consequence of participating in a Western Classic Horseshoe Pitching event.
